The estimated arrival time provided during booking is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extended prior jobs, traffic delays, or weather conditions. While we aim for punctuality, these factors may be beyond our control. Rest assured, our team will communicate promptly regarding any delays to ensure minimal inconvenience.
We offer public liability insurance coverage of up to $5 million, included in the quoted rates. Please note that in the event of an insurance claim, any excess costs must be covered by the customer.
Additionally, we provide goods-in-transit insurance, covering your belongings during transport from point A to point B. This insurance offers coverage of up to $10,000 per truckload, and it is also included in the rates provided.
We provide limited insurance coverage to protect your belongings during the move. However, please note the following exclusions:
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Booking modifications, such as changes to dates or services, must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional fees.
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:
Payments must be settled upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Items like pianos, pool tables, or oversized furniture require a minimum of four movers and specialized equipment.
If fewer movers are requested, customers must arrange additional help at both pickup and delivery locations. Failure to comply may result in delays or cancellation, with full charges applied.
At the end of the move, customers must confirm that all items have been delivered and are in satisfactory condition.
Movers Perth holds Public Liability Insurance as required by law. Any loss or damage to goods, property, or premises must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of service completion. Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
Insurance claims, where applicable, are subject to the terms and conditions of the insurer. All insurance claim-related costs, excess fees, assessments, and associated expenses shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company. Movers Perth does not guarantee approval of any insurance claim.
The Company is not responsible for delays or rejections of insurance claims by third-party insurers. Customers are advised to arrange their own comprehensive transit insurance if required.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably. Unresolved disputes will be handled by Australian consumer protection laws.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any amendments to these terms require written consent from Movers Perth. In case of conflicts, these terms take precedence.
